V2.3 See your research at a glance — Analytics is here

We built Client Clarity to help you turn research into conversations. But until now, once you'd generated buyer profiles, target accounts, and signal traces, there was no easy way to step back and see the shape of all that work. You had to scroll through Reports and count by eye.

That changes today.

Why we built this

Research output compounds — the more profiles you build, the sharper your targeting becomes. But you can only improve what you can see. We kept hearing the same questions from users: How many profiles have I actually completed? Am I doing more this week than last? How many of my runs are sitting there failed?

Analytics answers those questions in one screen, so you can spot momentum, catch stalled runs, and decide where to focus next — without manual counting.

What's new

  • Stat cards — a single view of your total outputs, buyer profiles, target account runs, and signal matches. Each card links straight to its workspace, so you can jump from the number to the work in one click.
  • A 12-week trend chart — see how many research outputs you created each week. Useful for spotting streaks, slowdowns, and the rhythm of your pipeline.
  • Status breakdowns — for each research type, see how many records are ready, still running, or failed. Failed runs no longer hide in the list; they're visible and easy to recover.
  • A recent-activity timeline — your latest outputs in one place, colour-coded by status, each linking into its report.

For admins: the platform-wide view

If you're an admin, a toggle at the top switches between Your activity and Platform-wide. The platform view rolls up every user's research into the same charts and adds a Top contributors list — so you can see who's producing, who's stuck, and where to coach or unblock.

Where to find it

Open Analytics from the header. It sits between Reports and Your Firm Settings, and it's available to every user — regular users see their own activity, admins see the whole platform.

No setup required. The dashboard reads from the research you've already created, so it's populated from the moment you open it.
